  Trump is about to be gone. The other wolves found his Achilles heel.

  However, it would've been nice to have him as the GOP nominee; it would have ensured a future Democrat President.

  hi, new here but have been lurking for a while.

  some background first, i am from the uk, 3rd gen born in, dad, grandad elders etc.

  17 years ago i left, no df or da just left, 18 years old and alone but i did it and have had no regrets.

  Hi, and welcome to this forum.

  I would respectfully ask my parents to show you first the video to see if you approve of your child viewing it. A lot of the videos are very good lessons about how to get along with others and behavioral stuff.

  Also be prepared to counter the indoctrination with reasoning a child can understand, like how fun certain celebrations are, etc.

  If parents do not heed your words, there is always strictly supervised or minimum visitations.

  How did you feel when they eliminated the Con. Book Study?

  it was my favorite meeting by far.

  mainly because it was a small group.

  I was here and thought it was all made up. When it was announced in the KH, I was so happy that I could not stop my ear to ear grin. Same when it was announced that the small assemblies would only be one day each.

  I just really hate meetings of any kind. I am quite a happy hermit. The times I fake some illness and stay home from a meeting, I am so very happy in peace and quiet at home! JWs are much too social a group for my style.

  Now, some time soon, I hope they do away with the Friday in the regional assembly.

  Car crash

  boy who was seriously injured in a collision at gamlingay in cambridgeshire last thursday has died.. nine-year-old archie stevens, of western way, sandy, bedfordshire, died in hospital early on saturday afternoon.. the collision at about 10am in drove road, which involved two cars, also resulted in the death of his grandfather, 68-year-old martin harker, of green acres, sandy, who died at the scene.http://www.itv.com/news/anglia/update/2016-02-22/nine-year-old-boy-dies-after-cambridgeshire-crash/.

  the boy and his grandfather were jehovahs witnesses and they were on field service when a car drove into them.

  the lad, who is the son of an elder who moved to a cambridge congregation to serve where the need is greater, was on life support before the sad decision was made to turn it off.

  So, his elder father moves to a congregation to help out, and the reward from our loving, merciful, all-knowing Father is.... the tragic death of the child and the grandfather.

  Gotta love that Jehovah!!!

  Would/Do you wear a Cross around your neck ??

  after all that we had drummed into us about not the cross, and particularly about not venerating the symbol itself, i have been wondering about this issue.. so, what are your views about wearing a cross around your neck ?

  Excellent!!!

  Too bad is an election year. I wish the mainstream media brought this out to the forefront more. It would be nice to bring the fire to their main HQ here.

  I know of this Spanish brother that got convicted and is still a JW in good standing. Then there is this sister whose husband molested the grandchildren, and she/they, the parents too, covered it up and just relocated. The guy still a JW in good standing. Disgusting!!!
